We’ll have a menu of pies with some rotating specials each week. If you’d like to bring a topping, please let us know in advance.
Pizzas are made in a 850 degree outdoor pizza oven. We make the dough, which on a good week should be slow fermenting over the weekend. Gluten free pies available with advance notice.
